Root to Rise is a deeply supportive therapy space for women in midlife who are navigating emotional shifts, identity transitions, or simply sensing a quiet call for change. Led by Jeannette—known for her grounded, intuitive, and evidence-informed approach—this is more than just talk therapy. Jeannette weaves together traditional psychological methods and somatic, intuitive practices to help clients reconnect with who they are beneath caregiving roles, life responsibilities, or long-held emotional patterns. Her sessions are trauma-informed, person-centered, and gently transformative. This work is especially supportive if you are: • Experiencing identity shifts after caregiving, parenting, or divorce • Feeling emotionally burnt out, stuck, or disconnected • Adjusting to relationship transitions, grief, or body changes • Seeking deeper meaning or a renewed sense of self • Craving a space to listen to your inner voice again Each session is tailored to your needs and can be conducted in-person or online, in English or Mandarin.
