Today, Surety builds ecosystems that connect clinicians, corporates, and communities through events, education, and technology. From our Pause & Sip cafés to the PausePlay app and the annual Midlife Festival, we create safe spaces where individuals can learn, connect, and thrive.

Tan Valery
Co-founder, Business Development
Tan Valery is the Gen-Z co-founder of Surety. Inspired by candid talks about her mother’s perimenopause, she blends people strategy with purpose. Valery builds an ecosystem of clinicians, employers, and community partners while launching initiatives such as Pause & Sip cafés, Midlife@Work Programmes, and Midlife Festival 2025. She champions midlife-inclusive workplaces through talks, corporate programmes, and community events.
Elmer Yap
Co-founder, Operations
Elmer Yap is the Gen-Z Co-Founder of Surety. Inspired by witnessing his mother’s journey through menopause, Elmer has become a passionate advocate for greater awareness, inclusivity, and innovation in women’s health, especially emphasizing the vital role male allies play in creating meaningful change.As Surety’s finance and operations lead, Elmer oversees budgets, governance, and delivery, while shaping the company’s strategic direction.
