Thrive Through Transition is a coaching program for women ready to find their ground again. In this journey, you’ll learn how to manage big emotions, build a mindset that bends without breaking, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Week by week, we’ll help you grow your confidence and move forward with purpose. What you’ll get in this 6 months program: ◘ A 2-hour deep-dive session to make sense of where you are and where you want to go ◘ 12 bi-weekly coaching sessions (60 mins each) to support your growth ◘ A Resilience Toolkit to help you stay calm and steady when life gets overwhelming ◘ Progress check-ins every 6 weeks to see how far you've come ◘ Monthly reflection exercises to go deeper and stay grounded ◘ Unlimited email support to ask questions or get encouragement between sessions
Cancellation Policy
